Proof, not promises
The system knows what happened. Nobody has to take anyone's word.
Nobody starts a job they're not at
Arrived and Done only work inside the job's property line. Outside it, the tap is refused with the distance. The office can override with a note, and the override is logged and counted.
Every step stamped by the system
The homeowner's tracking page and your job page show the same thing, typed by no one.
Labor counts on site, not in the truck
Timesheets split on-site, travel and break. The clock pauses when a phone leaves the fence. Your labor-against-plan number is honest, and it says so when it can't be verified.
No extra work before it's signed
A change order is priced from your price book and signed by the homeowner on their phone. Until then it doesn't exist on the job, so it can't be started or invoiced.
After photos checked against the quote
Before the "job done" text goes out, the photos are checked against the estimate lines. A mismatch holds the text and tells the office first.
Paid the same day the work ends
The close-out signature sends the invoice with the after photos within a minute. Reminders follow. Money goes back to a customer only with the owner's say.
A quiet crew gets a knock
A crew clocked in with no activity two hours past the window raises a check-in to the office and the owner. Cleared the moment anything happens.
No quote goes out under your floor
A line priced under your usual shows "12% under your usual" before it's sent. You set the floor.
The guardrails
What Seided never does.
Your data stays yours. Each company's data is separated, every action is audited with who asked for it, and the retention periods are visible and editable in Settings. Texts go only to numbers with recorded permission, in the recipient's own time zone, never after 8 PM.
Bring last season's unsold quotes.
On a 30-minute call we'll go through your own quotes that went quiet and tell you honestly what a slice of them is worth, and whether Seided fits. No deck.
