Seided

Pricing

Scoped to your company.

A one-time setup and a monthly fee, quoted after a 30-minute call. No seats, no surprises.

What you pay

One setup, then one monthly fee

Scoped on a 30-minute call against your own numbers: last season's unsold quotes, last month's leads, your average ticket. No per-seat pricing; every office login and every crew login is included. Month to month after the setup.

What's included

  • The whole office: front desk, follow-up with pictures, scheduling, routing, the crew's app, money, reviews
  • Seidy, with every role's permissions
  • A person at Seided who reads what matters
  • Your number registered with the carriers, your Stripe connected, your Google profile kept
  • The morning brief, the evening close, the monthly report

Credits, in plain words

A monthly allowance for what we send and make

Every text, email, assistant answer, picture, and call minute uses credits from a monthly allowance that's included in your fee. You're warned at 80%. Nothing goes over the allowance unless you've switched overage on yourself, in writing and in the app. Incoming texts and emails are free.

Why isn't there a number on this page?

Because the right number depends on the size of your book. On the call we look at your own quotes and leads and tell you honestly what a slice of them is worth and what the office costs against that.

Is there a contract?

A setup, then month to month. You can leave at any time and export everything.

What happens if I go over the credits?

Follow-up, marketing and new pictures pause at the limit unless you've turned overage on. Follow-up on your open quotes never pauses.

Can I start with part of it?

Yes. Most companies start with the front desk and the follow-up, and add the crew's app the week their crews get phones.

Bring last season's unsold quotes.

On a 30-minute call we'll go through your own quotes that went quiet and tell you honestly what a slice of them is worth, and whether Seided fits. No deck.

  • Last season's unsold quotes
  • Last month's lead count, and how many got a conversation
