A day with Seided
One Thursday at Larkspur Outdoor Design.
A demo company with made-up people and real screens. Nobody at Larkspur touched a keyboard for any of this.
A missed call becomes a booked visit
June Okafor calls from a Google click after close. Seided texts back in four seconds, asks what, where, and how soon, and books Sam for Thursday 9:00. June gets a confirmation; the lead lands on the Pipeline.
Dale reads about it over coffee
The morning brief on the Owner board: booked, collected, late money, jobs done, close rate, new leads, labor, reviews. One number needs him; the rest doesn't.

Mateo's crew rolls out
Seven checks before the truck leaves. Stops in drive-time order, with the gate code, the dog, and the materials from Sam's walk already on each one.

Arrived verified on site
The homeowner got an "on the way" text with an ETA. Arrived only works inside the property line, so the timeline is stamped by the system, not typed by anyone. Before photos go up before a shovel moves.
Signed at the curb, invoiced in a minute
The close-out is signed on Mateo's phone. The invoice goes out with the after photos, the payment link opens on the homeowner's phone, the review ask follows two hours later.
Tomorrow is already routed
Two trucks, nine stops, 79 minutes saved against the booking order. The emergency slot stays free. Rain tomorrow would already be on the board.

The evening close, and the quotes that went quiet
Thirteen old quotes are being chased right now, each with a picture of the work on the homeowner's own house. Dale sees it in one line.

Bring last season's unsold quotes.
On a 30-minute call we'll go through your own quotes that went quiet and tell you honestly what a slice of them is worth, and whether Seided fits. No deck.
